Under247.in का उद्देश्य ग्राहकों तक अच्छी स्थिति में पुस्तकें पहुँचाना है। कृपया डिलीवरी मिलने के बाद अपने ऑर्डर की जाँच करें।
2. Eligible Return Cases | वापसी की स्वीकार्य परिस्थितियाँ
A return or replacement request may be considered in the following cases:
निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में वापसी या प्रतिस्थापन के अनुरोध पर विचार किया जा सकता है:
- The book received is damaged.
प्राप्त पुस्तक क्षतिग्रस्त हो। - The wrong book or product has been delivered.
गलत पुस्तक या उत्पाद भेजा गया हो। - The product has a significant defect that was not mentioned in its description.
उत्पाद में कोई गंभीर खराबी हो, जिसका विवरण में उल्लेख न किया गया हो।
3. Reporting a Problem | समस्या की जानकारी देना
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order if you find any damage, defect or incorrect product. Share your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
यदि पुस्तक क्षतिग्रस्त हो, उसमें खराबी हो या गलत उत्पाद प्राप्त हो, तो डिलीवरी मिलने के 48 घंटे के भीतर हमसे संपर्क करें। कृपया ऑर्डर नंबर और समस्या की स्पष्ट तस्वीरें साझा करें।
4. Return Conditions | वापसी की शर्तें
Books should be returned in their original condition, along with any packaging or accessories supplied with the order, wherever applicable.
जहाँ लागू हो, पुस्तकें मूल स्थिति में तथा ऑर्डर के साथ प्राप्त पैकेजिंग या अन्य सामग्री सहित वापस की जानी चाहिए।
Returns may not be accepted for damage caused after delivery by improper handling, or for reasons not covered by applicable consumer rights.
डिलीवरी के बाद अनुचित रखरखाव से हुई क्षति या लागू उपभोक्ता अधिकारों के अंतर्गत न आने वाले कारणों से वापसी स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती।
5. Refunds | रिफंड
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through an appropriate payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
यदि रिफंड स्वीकृत किया जाता है, तो उसे उपयुक्त भुगतान माध्यम से जारी किया जाएगा। राशि प्राप्त होने में लगने वाला समय भुगतान सेवा प्रदाता या बैंक पर निर्भर कर सकता है।
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be communicated after reviewing the request.
Cash on Delivery ऑर्डर के लिए अनुरोध की जाँच के बाद रिफंड का तरीका बताया जाएगा।
6. Replacement | प्रतिस्थापन
Where a return or replacement request is approved, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability and the circumstances of the case.
वापसी या प्रतिस्थापन का अनुरोध स्वीकृत होने पर, मामले की परिस्थिति और पुस्तक की उपलब्धता के अनुसार दूसरी पुस्तक देने का विकल्प दिया जा सकता है।
7. Non-Returnable Situations | वापसी की सीमाएँ
A return request may not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer or ordinary wear caused after delivery, except where required under applicable law.
मन बदलने, ग्राहक द्वारा गलत पुस्तक चुनने या डिलीवरी के बाद सामान्य उपयोग से हुई टूट-फूट जैसे कारणों से वापसी स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती, सिवाय उन परिस्थितियों के जहाँ लागू कानून ऐसा आवश्यक करता है।
